Cancellation Policy
At Ryukyu Hinabe, we carefully prepare ingredients and reserve seating in advance to provide every guest with the best dining experience. Please review the following policy regarding reservation cancellations and changes to the number of guests.
1. Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to 2 days before: Free of charge
- Cancellation one day before: 50% of the course price
- Cancellation on the day of the reservation: 100% of the course price
- No-show without notice: 100% of the course price
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
2. Changes in the Number of Guests
If there are any changes to the number of guests, please notify us no later than the day before your reservation.
- Changes made by the day before: We will accommodate whenever possible
- Reduction in guest numbers on the reservation date: Up to 100% of the course price may be charged for each absent guest
Example: If a reservation is made for six guests and only four guests arrive on the reservation date, cancellation fees may apply for the two absent guests.
3. Group Reservations
Reservations for eight or more guests are considered group reservations and are subject to the following cancellation policy.
- Cancellation up to 4 days before: Free of charge
- Cancellation from 3 days before until the day before: 50% of the course price
- Cancellation on the reservation date: 100% of the course price
- No-show without notice: 100% of the course price
Group reservations require significant preparation and seating arrangements. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes are needed.
4. Seat-Only Reservations
For reservations without a course meal, cancellation fees may still apply for same-day cancellations or no-shows at the discretion of the restaurant.
- Same-day cancellation: A designated cancellation fee may be charged per guest
- No-show without notice: A designated cancellation fee may be charged per guest

6. Additional Notes
